Community Public Art Mural - City of Zachary City Hall Annex



Build EBR and Mayor McDavid are seeking artists to design and install a public mural at the City of Zachary City Hall Annex. This opportunity invites creative proposals that reflect the identity, history, and culture of the community while enhancing a prominent civic space. Selected artists will help create a welcoming, visually engaging environment that contributes to local pride and placemaking.

Owners Representative Rolling RFQ



Build East Baton Rouge is issuing a rolling RFQ to establish a pool of qualified Owner’s Representatives to support future development projects across the parish. Selected firms may be invited to submit proposals for projects aligned with their experience, helping deliver high-quality, community-focused development, but submission or inclusion in the pool does not guarantee selection or contract opportunities.

Florida Corridor Rolling RFEI



Build Baton Rouge and the Cortana Corridor Economic Development District have released a rolling RFEI to attract proposals for housing, retail, and community projects along Florida Boulevard. The effort builds on major investments like Amazon, Rouses, Aldi, and BRT infrastructure, and invites developers to align with the 2024 Florida Corridor Plan. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, with select proposals advancing to future RFPs or negotiations.
