The RFP calls for housing, mixed-use, and community facilities aligned with the Imagine Plank Road and Scotlandville Community Plans, leveraging investments like Bus Rapid Transit and BREC’s greenway. Proposals will be evaluated on impact, feasibility, and alignment with neighborhood goals.
